Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, larger text or reduced motion.
Effective October 11, 2026
What we've built in
We built the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our target.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Menus announce whether they're open or closed and close with the Escape key.
- Headings follow a logical order, 1 main heading per page.
- Text and buttons meet contrast guidelines against their backgrounds.
- Photos and diagrams have text descriptions.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone.
- Text can be enlarged in the browser, and the layout reflows on small screens.
- Animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Where it may fall short
We haven't had the site audited by an outside accessibility specialist, so some problems may remain.
Wide comparison tables scroll sideways on small screens. Outside websites we link to are beyond our control and may be less accessible.
Need help or found a problem?
Call (517) 993-9451, any time. We'll give you the information on any page over the phone, and we can arrange an estimate the same way.
If something on the site blocked you, tell us which page and what happened. We'll fix what we can.
